Shardly LLC is a privately held company registered in Germany that builds and operates managed hosting infrastructure on hardware it owns. Founded in 2025 and funded entirely by revenue, Shardly runs its own Ryzen 9 compute across three German regions — Frankfurt am Main, Falkenstein and Nuremberg — and writes every layer of software above it, from the control plane and in-browser file editor to the shard supervisor and billing. All customer workloads, backups and logs remain inside the European Union.
