What this site collects.
This policy covers shardlyhq.xyz, the corporate website of Shardly LLC. The hosting service publishes its own policy covering customer accounts and workloads.

The short version. This site has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies. We have not enabled any analytics product. The one thing that does process your request is our host, Vercel, which logs requests in order to serve the site — that is described below.
Who is responsible
The controller for the processing described here is Shardly LLC, Im Großen Dorf 13, 29588 Germany, represented by Dustin Mueller. Full operator details are in the imprint. Data protection questions go to hello@shardlyhq.xyz with “Legal” in the subject line.
Hosting — Vercel
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. To deliver a page, Vercel necessarily processes the request: IP address, timestamp, requested path, referrer, user agent and response status. Vercel retains this in its own operational logs and uses it to serve traffic, apply rate limits and mitigate abuse.
This is processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the legitimate interest of operating a secure and available website. We have a data processing agreement with Vercel in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, and transfers to the United States are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with Vercel’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Vercel publishes its own privacy notice at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
What we have not turned on. Vercel offers Web Analytics and Speed Insights as separate products. Neither is enabled for this site, no analytics script is served, and no first-party analytics cookie is set. What remains is the request-level processing any web server performs, described above.
Email you send us
If you write to hello@shardlyhq.xyz, we process the message and your address in order to answer it, under Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR depending on whether the exchange is contractual. Correspondence is kept for as long as the matter is live, and archived where commercial or tax law requires it.
What we do not do
- No analytics product, heatmaps or session recording.
- No advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
- No tracking cookies, and therefore no consent banner.
- No sale or sharing of personal data with data brokers.
- No chat widget, no embedded video, no third-party script of any kind.
Fonts and images
Typefaces are compiled into the site at build time and images are served from our own origin. No request from this site reaches a third-party font host, image CDN or analytics host, so browsing it discloses your IP address only to Vercel as described above.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Write to hello@shardlyhq.xyz and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the member state of your residence or place of work.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes are also noted in the newsroom rather than being made quietly.
