Scope
These terms govern your use of shardlyhq.xyz, the corporate website of Shardly LLC. Using the site means accepting them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Content on this site
The site is published for general information about the company. Descriptions of the platform, its capacity and its performance are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication and may change. Nothing here forms an offer, a warranty or a service level commitment; those exist only in the service terms and in a signed agreement where one applies.
Forward-looking statements
Newsroom entries and company pages may describe plans and expectations. These are statements of current intent, not promises, and we are under no obligation to update them if circumstances change.
Intellectual property
The Shardly name, mark and site design are our property. Journalists and analysts may reproduce the mark and the approved photography in coverage of the company, in accordance with the guidance in the press room. Any other use of the mark requires written permission. Third-party names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Do not scrape at a rate that degrades the service for other visitors.
- Do not present the site or its content as your own, or in a way that implies an association that does not exist.
Good-faith security research is welcome and is governed by our disclosure policy rather than by this clause.

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that content and accept no responsibility for it. A link is not an endorsement.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to the breach of material contractual obligations and to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
Governing law
German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions in their country of residence.
