Who operates this site.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; liability in this respect is possible only from the point at which a concrete infringement becomes known, and we will remove such content promptly.

Our pages contain links to external websites over which we have no control. We accept no liability for their content; the respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for them. Linked pages were checked for legal infringements at the time of linking, and no unlawful content was apparent. Permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of an infringement is not reasonable.
